First time out I had a coyote come in with in minutes and dumped him. This was after trying with mouth calls and cheap e-callers for hours in the past at the same spot. Since then I have taken lots coyotes, bobcats, a cougar, and even had a bear coming in until he winded me. It is unreal how real the sound is. I have yet to use all the preloaded sounds, but most have worked great for me and I have not had to download any more yet. FoxPro is the only way to go. Amazon had the best price that I could find. After reading the instruction book and tried do some more playing with the different sounds and volumes control it would not work at all. I asked for a return RMA # the company told me there would be a 20 % restocking fee and I had to pay postage to send it back. I thought Amazion would not allow restocking fee. For defective product from its selling partners. I then called gofoxpro.com on its number from web page. They were very sorry that this happen from one of there dealers. They sent me an email with an RMA# for free repair or replacement of my Wildfire and extend my warranty for my bad experience with their dealer. I was so impressed with the GOOD customer that I placed another order with them for a Krakatoa call for a backup caller That order was for $ 699.99 I will not deal or buy anything like this again from Amazion.com.
